POKOI (ポコイ) は、宮崎 • 日向のパワフルな太陽の下で育った大地の恵みでつくる、ハンドメイドの無添加veganアイスクリーム。
　　　　　　
乳製品や卵、白砂糖なしでも濃厚でなめらかなアイスクリームを追求しています🍨わたし自身幼少期から卵アレルギーがあり、おやつには制限がありました。大人になると市販品に含まれる様々な添加物や甘味に少し罪悪感を持ちながらも、それでも食べたくなってしまう魅惑のアイスクリーム。何も気にせず食べられたら…🤔✨

POKOI is a handmade, additive-free vegan ice cream made from the bounty of the land, grown under the powerful sun of Miyazaki and Hyuga.
　　　　　　
We pursue a rich and smooth ice cream without using dairy, eggs, or white sugar. As someone who has had an egg allergy since childhood, I often faced restrictions with treats. As an adult, I felt a bit guilty about the various additives and sweeteners in store-bought products, yet the allure of ice cream remained irresistible. Imagine being able to enjoy it without any worries…🤔✨
　　　　　　
With that desire in mind, and inspired by Hyuga’s delicious fruits and vegetables and its perfect ice-cream-friendly scenery, the concept of POKOI was born🤙🏽🌻.
　　　　　　　
From small children to grandparents, and even dogs getting some leftovers, we aim to deliver handmade vegan ice cream from POKOI that everyone can enjoy without any reservations👩🏼‍🍳.

Organic sencha ice cream made with tea leaves from Otsukaen in Kawaminami-cho, Miyazaki. Otsukaen, which has been in business since 1929, is a long-established tea farm that focuses on soil preparation and natural outdoor cultivation, and has switched to organic farming since 2022.
